Major themes of this meeting are:

2) Mitigation – what processes/technologies are available/under development?
3) Data collection and data sharing – vital aspects of addressing the issue
4) International Regulation of LEO and Compliance – progress, pitfalls, policy
5) Public Awareness and the threat of unregulated LEO access to astronomy
Format: The conference will be an in-person event with selected zoom access only. There will be a mixture of invited talks, contributed talks, posters and panel discussions. There will also be a conference legacy so all our great talks and reviews can be assembled, in a special issue, for handy reference.
Social Events: There will be a welcome reception on the Sunday evening, a conference dinner on the Tuesday evening and organized social events for Monday (junk Boat trip on the harbour and special iconic “party” tram ride).
We look forward to welcoming you to HK and to an exciting and vibrant meeting.
